While we are usually unable to make changes to an order after it has been processed, our Customer Support team is able to in some instances change a shipping address for you. If we have not packaged your order for shipping yet, we are able to modify it. Orders are typically packaged up within few hours of being placed for orders that are placed before 3PM PST, those placed after are shipped the next business day. If we have already shipped your order, we are happy to help with the returning or exchanging it.
